By downloading, installing, or using Tracklet AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Tracklet AI is an offline-first personal expense tracking application for iOS and Android. The App enables users to record, categorise, and review personal expenses using voice input or manual entry. All data is stored locally on the user's device.

You agree to use Tracklet AI only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to record or track financial data of other individuals without their consent
• Attempt to circumvent or interfere with the App's security features
• Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or any part of it

Tracklet AI and all associated content, branding, design, code, and assets are the intellectual property of the developer. The App is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without express written permission.

Tracklet AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Financial data accuracy depends on the information you enter — the App is a personal budgeting tool, not a financial advisory service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or financial decisions made based on information within the App.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We are not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, accidental deletion, or app uninstallation.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when material changes are made.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
